I am writing to thank you for the excellent work that was recently done by your company at our building. During the course of our renovation it was discovered that there was an existing problem with our exterior drain connection, as well as a problem with the sanitary sewer in one of the washrooms. I very much appreciate the quick response from your crew in attending at my office, and identifying both the problem and solution. The use of technology in the form of the camera to show me exactly what was wrong with, my drain, and other use of the equipment in locating the connection required internally in our building was very useful. It provided me with a high comfort level as to the accuracy of what was wrong with the drainage in our building. as I could see for myself through the camera monitor. The corresponding explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done was clear and concise.

The subsequent repair work was done quickly and efficiently. Your crew was polite and professional, the disruption to my business was kept to a minimum. And they cleaned up the workspace thoroughly when they were done. I have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone that requires competent plumbing and/or drainage work to he done.
